~WHAT ARE THE PLASTIC CASES?~
Our cases are made of hard plastic and cover back and sides of your phone, top and bottom are open. The case allows easy access to the buttons, charging, headphones and camera.

The image is printed on a metal plate with a glossy finish. This technology provides vivid colours that last for a very long time, the printing is scratch-resistant. We do not use real glitter or gold in our cases.

The sides of the case are not printed and you can choose the colour of the frame. Clear frame fits any device colour (please note that only the frame is transparent and the back of the case is not), black frame works best with black phone and white frame with white phone, though it's just a matter of taste.

We sell personalised phone cases and we hope you understand that we are not able to exchange them if there was a customer mistake. To avoid any complications, please check which model is your phone before placing the order, please inspect preview carefully and please check if you have provided full and correct address.

~ SHIPPING, FAST PROCESSING ~
After you place the order, we send it in the production in the same day. After that, the case needs to dry for a couple of hours after printing.
All orders are processed individually so the design is ideal for your particular case model and the style you have chosen.

We offer free delivery over the UK which is 2nd Class Royal Mail.
For international orders, our default shipping is Royal Mail International Tracked which takes 6-11 Working Days.
We ship same day if you order before 8 AM, items purchased after this time will be posted on the next working day.
We ship Monday-Saturday (we don't ship on Sunday and bank holidays).
