~HOW TO SEND THE PHOTO~
Submit Photo by clicking on [Contact Shop] after purchase. A new Conversation window will pop up. You can click on [Attach Image] to send your photos.

~FOR BEST RESULTS~
The Photo should be rectangle like 4 x 6 as your mobile phone tends to be a rectangle shape. Otherwise, when we enlarge the photo, the picture will not be able to cover the phone case or the subject most likely will be cut out or distorted. Please DO NOT send a square or cropped photo.
Also for a good result, it should be about 1200x800px so the picture is not blurry.

~ SHIPPING, FAST PROCESSING ~
After you place the order, we send it to the production on the same day. After that, the case needs to dry for a couple of hours after printing.
All orders are processed individually so the design is ideal for your particular case model and the style you have chosen.

UK 2nd Class *FREE*
We offer free delivery over UK which is 2nd Class Royal Mail (please note that it is not guaranteed).

For international orders, our default shipping is Royal Mail International Tracked which takes 10-14 Working Days.
We ship the same day if you order before 8 AM, items purchased after this time will be posted on the next working day.
We ship Monday-Saturday (we don't ship on Sunday and bank holidays).
