~HOW TO SEND THE PHOTO~

Submit Photo by clicking on [Contact Shop] after purchase. New Conversation window will pop up. You can click on [Attach Image] to send your photo.

~FOR BEST RESULTS~
The Photo should be rectangle like 4 x 6 as your mobile phone tends to be a rectangle shape. Otherwise, when we enlarge photo, the picture will not be able to cover the phone case or the subject most likely will be cut out or distorted . Please DO NOT send a square or cropped photo.
Also for good result it should be about 1200x800px so the picture is not blury.

~PROOF/PREVIEW ~ If you would like to see a free preview before we send out your phone case, please let us know at the time you send your photo. If you do not request a free proof, we will process your order based on our many years of experience making folks happy.

~ SHIPPING, FAST PROCESSING ~
After you place the order , we send it in the production in the same day. After that the case needs to dry for couple of hours after printing.

We offer free delivery over UK which is 2nd Class Royal Mail.
For international orders, our default shipping is Standart International Royal Mail which takes 6-7 Working Days (please note that it is not tracked).
We ship same day if you order before 8 AM, items purchased after this time will be posted on the next working day.
We ship Monday-Saturday (we don't ship on Sunday and bank holidays).
